Membership Directory

The Membership Directory enables NDEO members to contact each other and to stay connected nationally and internationally. Members may select the exact content they wish to have appear in the Membership Directory--if they choose to be listed at all--including basic contact information, a member photo, biography, and other information they would like to share about their own work, program, or institution. The directory is only available to NDEO members. To set your membership directory preferences, select the Profile link in the top right of the screen and then select the Membership Directory link under "Personal Info."

Special Interest Groups

Special Interest Groups (SIGs) bring professionals together to share expertise within their special areas of interest. They identify and address common problems of concern and develop solutions that impact their own work and the work of other colleagues throughout the nation. Currently, SIGs support early childhood education, K-12 education, colleges and universities, private schools/studios of dance, performing arts organizations, students, researchers, and different abilities. To sign-up for any of these SIGs, select the Special Interest Groups link on the right hand side of the page.
  

Online Forums

Online Forums provide a vehicle of e-communication that allows like-minded members to communicate with one another through the NDEO website, and if members so choose, through personal email.  We are currently offering forums focused on Advocacy, K-12, Early Childhood and Research topics. Future forums will include Students, Private Studios, Differently Abled, Teaching Artists and Post-Secondary.  All NDEO members are encouraged to participate. This kind of action truly empowers dance educators and validates their daily work in studios and classrooms. To view, post and reply in the forums, you must be an NDEO member and you must be logged into the website.
