NDEO has created a new Special Interest Group: Dance & Equity.
NDEO's Dance & Equity Special Interest Group is designed for members of NDEO looking to critically investigate and address the issues impacting diversity in dance in relationship to - race, culture, socio-economic status, and access. If you are inspired to join the conversation exploring these issues please add yourself to the group using the instructions below. I have also attached a version of the instructions that includes screenshots for those who find visuals helpful.
- Log in to the NDEO website (ndeo.org)
- Navigate to your member profile by selecting the arrow next to your name in the upper right hand corner and clicking “Profile” from the drop down menu.
- Once you have navigated to your Member Profile, select “Special Interest Groups” from the “Website” category on the right hand side.
- Select all Special Interest Groups you would like to join. (The new Dance & Equity SIG is located at the bottom of the list.) Once you have selected all groups you would like to be a part of, click “Save” at the bottom of the page
