Conference Registration and Payment Policy
The current Early Bird rate of $380 is valid until May 30, 2018 at 11:59pm. You must register and pay by this date in order to get the discounted rate or if sending in a check the envelope must be postmarked on or before May 30th. Valid payment forms are credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, or Check made payable to NDEO.
If you are sending in a Purchase Order, please know that this does not guarantee the Early Bird rate. Sending a PO gets the process started. We then send you an Invoice to Pay, and the payment must be received (or postmarked) by May 30th in order to get the Early Bird rate. If we do not receive payment by May 30th, you will be invoiced an additional $50 per registration which brings you to the Regular Rate of $430. Each subsequent registration rate and deadline follow the same policy as stated above.

Regular (5/31/17 - 8/8/18): $430
Late (8/9/18 - 9/19/18): $480
On-Site (9/20/18 - 10/4/18): $530
Student* (ends 9/19/18): $215
One-day conference rates are available starting with an Early Bird rate of $195.
*$50 discount on student registration for college students of institutional NDEO members.
Refund Policy: $50 administration fee charged. No refunds after 9/6/18.
Transfer Policy: Requests to transfer registration to another individual will incur a $50 fee.
