Which additional skills do we need and which do we need to give to our students in order for us to successfully engage in remote dance education? Reimagine rather than replicate. This workshop will not expand philosophical debate surrounding whether or not face to face learning in studio practice is better in a studio. (Of course it is!!!) This workshop will explore the potential for what CAN be done in remote physical dance practices. Logistics without fancy software, safety considerations and ideas for online pedagogy will be explored via a participant/observer, observer/participant experience.
