Exhibits - SOLD OUT

Deadline to Apply: 09/15/2017
  • Skirted 6'x30" table located in the Exhibit Hall
  • Space for up to two representatives per table from your company
  • Two and a half days of exhibition to over 800 dance professionals (11/12/17-11/14/17)
  • Your company’s website URL included in NDEO email blast to our membership before and after conference and in the NDEO Conference App
  • Additional hotel fees for shipping, AV, power outlets, etc. may apply

Vendor Only Exhibitor:

No admission to conference sessions or food sessions.
  • 1 table - $500; 2 tables for $750 total

Paid Conference Attendees:

This fee is in addition to the full conference registration fee. 1-day conference registrations and student conference registrations are not eligible for the discounted table price.
 
  • Individual Members who are also registered to attend NDEO Conference Sessions:
    You are eligible to reserve up to 2 tables at a 50% discount if you are also registering and paying the full conference registration fee. Contact vbraja@ndeo.org to request discount. The discounted rates are $250 total for one table (versus $500), and $375 total for two tables (versus $750). This discount will not be honored if you are reserving a table for an Institution, Organization or Business .
  • Institutional Members with faculty members registered to attend NDEO Conference Sessions:
    The Institution is eligible to reserve up to 2 tables at a 25% discount if a faculty member is also registering and paying the full conference registration fee. Discounts not valid for student conference registrants or one-day registrants. Contact vbraja@ndeo.org to request discount. The discounted rates are $375 total for one table (versus $500), and $562.50 total for two tables (versus $750). Tables must be reserved for the Institution that holds the membership.
Please note: All exhibitors who wish to join NDEO and its members during the food/social events must register and pay separately for those events. We charge a fee for the Opening Reception and the Closing Reception. Please note this in the registration form if you wish to attend either of these events.
