Exhibits - SOLD OUT

Vendor Only Exhibitor:

No admission to conference sessions or food sessions.

Paid Conference Attendees:

This fee is in addition to the full conference registration fee. 1-day conference registrations and student conference registrations are not eligible for the discounted table price.

Individual Members who are also registered to attend NDEO Conference Sessions:
You are eligible to reserve up to 2 tables at a 50% discount if you are also registering and paying the full conference registration fee. Contact vbraja@ndeo.org to request discount. This discount will not be honored if you are reserving a table for an Institution, Organization, or Business.

- $375 - two tables

Institutional Members with faculty members registered to attend NDEO Conference Sessions:
The Institution is eligible to reserve up to 2 tables at a 25% discount if a faculty member is also registering and paying the full conference registration fee. Discounts not valid for student conference registrants or one-day registrants. Contact vbraja@ndeo.org to request discount. Tables must be reserved for the Institution that holds the membership.

- $562.50 - two tables
Display by Publication Limited Availability
For a low fee, you may promote your publication to all conference attendees by displaying it on the "Scholars Table." This option is opened to conference attendees only. You will be responsible for putting up your publication and collecting it at the end of the day.
- $50 - one publication with an order form
- Each additional publication will be an additional $50 fee

Please note: All exhibitors who wish to join NDEO and its members during the food/social events must register and pay separately for those events. We charge a fee for the Opening Reception and the Closing Reception. Please note this in the registration form if you wish to attend either of these events.
