Sponsorships - $3,500 (only four available)

Sponsorships include:

• A virtual “exhibit table” in our Virtual Exhibit Hall with a short description of your company and link to the landing page of your choice.
• Interactive Ad on Event Platform Homepage
• Link to a Zoom room listed and linked on Event App Schedule, during your office hours, where you can connect with clients and customers
• All attendees will have access to the Appointment Scheduling Feature - to book an appointment with your company directly.
• Option to offer Discounts/Free Giveaways in a “Virtual SWAG Bag” - sponsor/vendor to provide specifics on offerings
• A Short Video to be played in your Virtual Exhibit Hall spot, describing your company or product (YOU PROVIDE VIDEO).
• Your Company Name on the Vendor Page of the Conference Platform, accessible to all attendees during the event, and our website, www.ndeo.org, accessible to all site visitors.

• Social Media post on Facebook and Instagram (it includes promotional boost up to $100)
• Your Company Name listed as the “Sponsor/s” of the Opening/Closing Receptions on the Virtual Event Platform Schedule
• Listed on “Closing Credits” at the Closing Reception
• Sponsor Happy Hour - Sponsor to host games and collect potential leads (NDEO will not be providing an Attendee list). NDEO will provide a small giveaway but all sponsors should also run a giveaway to drive engagement
