NDEO is proud to offer an annual scholarship to a highly qualified dance or dance education graduate student (pursuing a Master of Arts, Master of Fine Arts, or Master of Education) to help defray expenses associated with attending the Annual Conference.

NDEO offers three distinct scholarships in honor of three innovative dance educators. The Bill Evans Scholarship recognizes a graduate student with the ability to succeed as both a performer and educator. The Ann Zirulnik Scholarship recognizes an exceptional graduate student whose work focuses on preK-12 dance education. The Elsa Posey Scholarship recognizes an outstanding graduate student who plans a future in private sector dance education and/or leadership within dance education. Only one of these scholarships is offered per year.

For the 2014 Annual Conference, NDEO will offer the Ann Zirulnik Scholarship ($300). To read the guidelines for applying to the scholarship, click here.
