The Level 1 Teaching Artist Training Intensive is an immersion in NDI’s renowned teaching techniques. Participants work directly with children, experiencing the unique pedagogy that has been developed over NDI’s history. Each year, professional artists and educators from around the globe emerge from this transformative experience with an advanced set of foundational tools that equip them to engage and inspire diverse learners to excellence through the power of dance and music.
This course includes daily teaching opportunities, choreography workshops, stimulating group discussions, and presentations from leaders in education. This program culminates in a celebratory performance.
Fee: $1000 (includes $250 non-refundable deposit)
Scholarships: Merit-based scholarships for this intensive are available by application, which is included in the registration form. Scholarship applications must be accompanied by your resume and two (2) letters of recommendation.
