What: Resilience In-Joy Class Series: Psoas Workshop with Instructor Olivia Eng
The psoas is a deeply internal muscle that responds to the sympathetic nervous system during the flight, fight, freeze response in the body. Come join us in our exploration of the psoas muscle and the important role it plays in strength and resilience; which is vital to maintaining a healthy spine and nervous system balance. We will learn some basic techniques, exercises and practices to foster this process.
